my atom failed it looks horrid.

Whats the atomic + mass number?
The atomic and mass number is 7 + 7 or if all were mixed 14 also if u add the electrons (which is also a 7) its still is 14 (because electrons weigh 0.0002 of any Atom.
the number of Protons, Electrons and neutrons.

How does it form an ion?
When reacting with other chemicals, it will often try to take electrons from other atoms/ions to get a full octet. Therefore, the N3− ion (called the nitride ion) is the most common ion formed from a single nitrogen atom.
To change this i would add A LOT more beads and A LOT bigger paper and A LOT more materials and choose number 118 on the periodic table also known as OG- Oganesson
