Heart Attack

Hello, I am Liam, This blog is about my year 10 Science class I hope you like, the day this was started I learnt some Facts from my Flight sergeant the night before cause our sergeant had a heart attack. No names shall be named.

- symptoms of a heart attack

Here are some symptoms for a heart attack:

• nausea & vomiting
• Shortness of breath.
• pain in one or both arms, upper back, neck, jaw, stomach.
• Fainting
• Breaking out in a Cold sweat
• Dizzyness & Lightheadedness
• Paleness (vampire-like)
• The pressure of the centre of chest around heart

• Insomnia

• Unusual fatigue.

Quick not if any of these happen it is not 100% going to be a heart attack and also for a heart attack not all symptoms show. -Cadets approved

-How does a person Like me know if im having a heart attack?

Good question, well if you look at the question above and You have some symptoms Call a doctor, EMS, Ambulance E.T.C. to come help or else if it is a heart attack and ur alone at home well your Stuffed (Doomed) and may have some things happen that can be as bad as death.

-How to prevent it?

Well in common sense nothing will Stop it but if you do these things you will have more of a chance not to have one:

• Control your blood pressure
• Keep your cholesterol down but not at Very low cholesterol.
• Stay a healthy weight
• Eat healthily,
• Get Regular Exercise
• Limit alcohol Volume
•  DONT SMOKE (IDC u may I can't do anything but Pwease Don't)
• Manage Stress,
• Manage Diabetes,
• Make dure you TRY to sleep.

Welcome back to my goals. My last goal was concentration my new goal is to complete all my tests, this week and next week but also do any work I have not finished in my own time.
So far if have finished two Tests now I think I have 2 more to do.

Week 5,
my goal this week has to be asking teachers for help because I can't do it im too shy.
Last weeks goal was good but I couldn't really use it much.

In-class today we were learning about songs used in slavery. My favourite is swing low sweet chariot and it was to show it is clear. Https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v8frEt6w4G8  they wrote these songs to speed up time, and as a morse code to tell others escape.

Second real sports blog

In sport today we practised shot put and long jump
I thought that shot put was easier for me but harder than the rest. By easier for me is because I used a girl weighted shot put ball. I only used the female weighted ball cause Mr Hilliard gave me a Neon blue ball.
I also found out how easy it is to do a Long jump.
Yesterday (Monday) we did discuss and 100 meters. I found out I was pretty fast I did 100 m in 15 seconds which is a new record.

In sports today we were doing jumps and sprints.
our sprints we started at a line then moved 2 1/2 steps back and then ran.

Remarkably, the teacher didn't care I was drinking beer in class.
Continuingly, the guy took photos of students without permission.
Confusingly, the student was watching the tree outside.

Remarkably, David wasn't doing work. Analysing David, The teacher was suspicious. While the teacher was waking David up, the fire alarm Burst the class into a panic.

My 2020 Goal.

• Catch up on work I miss or fall behind on in my own time. 

to do this I will have to ask My friend (David) to help me out...

I will also make sure I put my self on lockdown so until homework catchup is done no ROBLOX.

if I fail I will keep on trying till I make a passible work.
